AiNed Foundation values your privacy. Below you can read how we handle your personal data.

Personal data we process

AiNed Foundation processes personal data about you because you use our services and/or because you provide it to us yourself.

We process first and last name, phone number, e-mail address and data about your activities on our website if you use, for example, our contact form. We do not process any special or sensitive personal data. We do not keep this data longer than strictly necessary to realize the purposes for which your data is collected.

We process this data to call you when necessary to perform our services, to invite you to events (after you have given your consent) and when we are required to do so by law.

You can register for an event through our website (or in response to an email invitation). Depending on the type of event, we need a minimum set of data to organize this event. We collect your name and e-mail address and, if necessary, other data mentioned on the registration form (or in the mail). You can unsubscribe from an event by emailing communicatie@ained.nl.

Sharing with others

AiNed Foundation does not sell your data to third parties and will only provide them if necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. With companies that process your data on our behalf, we conclude a processing agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. AiNed Foundation remains responsible for this processing.

Mapping website traffic

The AiNed Foundation website uses functional and analytical cookies. A cookie is a small text file that is stored in the browser of your computer, tablet or smartphone the first time you visit this website.

AiNed Foundation uses cookies for the following purposes:

View, modify or delete data

You have the right to inspect, correct or delete (or have deleted) your personal data. You can send a request for inspection, correction or deletion to info@ained.nl. Stichting AiNed will process your request as quickly as possible, at the latest within four weeks, and inform you accordingly.

AiNed Foundation takes the protection of your data very seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent abuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification.
