Update development of AiNed Chain project

One chain project will be launched from the National Growth Fund Programme AiNed by the end of 2023. In the pre-selection, the board of the AiNed Foundation has chosen three promising project proposals to develop a proof of concept (PoC). They will each receive a maximum contribution of €150,000.

Selection of project proposals for PoC phase.

The following project proposals were selected:

  1. Artificial intelligence for Diagnostics And Maintenance (ADAM) with Embedded Systems Innovation group (ESI) as the leader.
This project proposal focuses on the application of AI in the engineering industry: intelligent diagnostics for improved reliability and maintenance of complex physical cyber systems.
  1. AI for the Future Energy System (AIFES) with Alliander as the lead partner.
From this project proposal, advanced AI prediction techniques are being developed, which are essential for up-to-date knowledge about grid capacity and energy system utilization.
  1. Health AI with Philips Electronics Nederland B.V. as the lead partner.
In this proposal, the concrete result is the development of a new AI prototype (TRL6) using data scattered across Dutch hospitals. As well as a first market model for health data where European values are taken into account.

AiNed Foundation wishes the selected chain projects every success in developing their proof of concept and looks forward to the follow-up. Prior to the start of the PoC phase, a public summary for each project will be made available via the AiNed website.
